Their members build upon their natural abilities by sharpening their skills with self-defense techniques and increase strength and conditioning in their Boot Camp Group Fitness. They focus on building strength, endurance, and personal growth, and their instructors care deeply about their members' experience. The Action Pit teaches various styles including Martial Arts and Fitness, with a focus on building a strong mind, body, and spirit.
