Next Level Martial Arts in Mt. Kisco, New York teaches men, women, and children a wide range of martial arts to build strength, confidence, and resilience. Programs emphasize traditional self‑defence while integrating modern training methods, creating a safe and cooperative environment where students learn without pressure from competition. Instruction covers Kenpo Karate, Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu‑Jitsu, Krav Maga, and XMA, guided by Sensei Chris Hall, a 5th degree black belt with over 20 years of experience. The school promotes a “Partners Not Opponents” philosophy, encouraging discipline, fitness, and a Black Belt lifestyle that enriches every area of life.
