About Us
Upstream Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts school that teaches Jiu Jitsu, a Brazilian style of grappling that focuses on ground fighting and submission holds. The instructor, who earned their black belt in 2024, loves teaching Jiu Jitsu because it has brought positivity into their life and they want to share that with others. Classes are available for adults of all levels, taught in the gi, and students can choose to wear a gi or no-gi attire.
