Progressive Defense Tactics LLC is focused on educating and empowering individuals to protect themselves through the development of awareness, technique and tactics of self-defense. They offer various training classes, including Mixed Martial Arts and Self Defense, Women's Street Safety Awareness and Rape Prevention, and Close Quarter Defense Tactics. The classes are designed to empower individuals, especially youth and women, through personal development and self-defense training. The training is offered at their location, Iron Backs Gym, where they provide instruction in a variety of self-defense techniques, including empty hand, stick, knife, firearms, and other applicable weapons control and disarming.
