Gracie Jiu-jitsu Minot is the only Certified Training Center in North Dakota, dedicated to preserving pure Gracie Jiu-jitsu. This martial art, modified from its original Japanese form, is suitable for individuals of all ages and skill levels. With over 600 techniques, studies by the Gracie Family have identified 36 techniques that are most effective in real fights, leading to the development of the Gracie Combatives program, originally designed for the US Army. The dojo offers an ego-less training environment, clean facilities, an organized curriculum, and certified instructors, making it an ideal place for learning effective self-defense.
