About Us
The Capital City Wrestling Club is a dojo that offers various wrestling programs for youth and high school wrestlers. They provide options for beginner and experienced wrestlers, with up to 5 or 6 practices per week. The club focuses on teaching wrestling styles, building athleticism, strength, technical, and self-defense skills. They also offer camps and clinics for in-season and out-of-season training, as well as travel teams for youth and high school wrestlers. The club has achieved notable accomplishments, including 18 state championships and a 2024 NCWAY Coach of the Year award. The club's mission is to empower wrestlers, particularly girls, to gain confidence and skills that extend beyond the mat.
