Triangle Wrestling Academy

Triangle Wrestling Academy is a youth wrestling club located in Apex, NC. It was founded in 2024 by two lifelong friends with experience training in elite clubs and competing at the Division 1 collegiate level. The club aims to develop athletes on and off the mat, emphasizing skill development, mental toughness, and a strong work ethic in a competitive yet supportive environment. The coaching style is offense-minded, introducing effective techniques across all levels, and the club provides opportunities for kids to accomplish their goals, receive scholarships, and further their education through their wrestling journey. The academy also hosts guest coaches to share their perspectives and skill sets, exposing wrestlers to different styles and techniques, and fostering growth and development.
