Espiritu Jiu-Jitsu

Espiritu Jiu Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport that teaches a smaller person how to defend themselves against a larger adversary by using leverage and proper technique. The art was modified by the Gracie family, the founders of BJJ, from judo and traditional Japanese Jiu Jitsu. They offer classes for adults, teens, and kids, with different programs for each age group, including the Little Bears Program for 4-6 year olds and the Kids Program for 7-11 year olds. They also have a location in Oxnard, CA, where classes are held.
