Park Karate is a martial arts school that has been offering professional training for nearly three decades. They have training for students as young as three and offer programs for Kids, Teen, and Adult martial arts. They focus on physical fitness, self-defense, and traditional Songahm Taekwondo, teaching life skills in a supportive environment. They have three locations across Roselle Park, Bayonne, and Scotch Plains.
