About Us

Karate For Your Body is a martial arts program that capitalizes on the techniques of karate to deliver a full range of health benefits. The program is designed to promote total body workouts for people of any fitness level, and its instructors use karate as a vehicle to shape and tone the body, relieve stress, build character, confidence, and self-esteem, learn self-discipline, and increase leadership skills. The program is led by Grandmaster Clarence 'Daddy-O' Smith, a 9th degree black belt with over 50 years of experience in martial arts. He teaches Tang Soo Do, a martial arts style, and offers personalized classes, 1-on-1 training, and tournament training. The program also offers corporate team-building sessions and Zoom classes for flexibility and convenience.
