Welcome to Premier! Our school has been serving the Northshore area since 2004. Over the years, we have helped many people with goal setting, friendships, stress relief, as well as physical fitness and self-defense. One big difference that our school has is that we pride ourselves on being a family-oriented school. Every decision we make considers how it would affect our family if we were in a similar situation. Although every business must make money to survive, our primary goal is family first, and money second.
