Gracie United - Team Jucao Laplace

Gracie United is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu organization that teaches the concept of using leverage and proper technique to defend against a bigger and stronger opponent. They offer classes for all ages and genders, including kids, teens, and women, and teach the traditional form of the art with a gi as well as nogi classes without a gi. Their programs focus on Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, MMA, self-defense, and cardio kickboxing, and are taught by world-class instructors with experience and leadership.
