Saratoga Martial Arts Academy

Saratoga Taekwondo is a martial arts academy that has been serving the community since 1984. The dojo focuses on the ancient art of Tae Kwon Do, which emphasizes kicking techniques, and also incorporates the weapons-based art of Escrima, along with elements of Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and basic grappling techniques. Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art known for its dynamic kicking, while Escrima is a Filipino martial art that teaches self-defense using rattan sticks. The academy offers programs for all ages, including children's classes designed to enhance physical and mental well-being.
