The classes are designed to provide a full-body workout, targeting the arms, core, and legs, and include a mix of technique, conditioning, and power. The club provides the necessary equipment, including boxing gloves and hand wraps, and offers private training and small group training in their training area. The classes are fun, inspiring, and focus on fitness, technique, and fun, with no contact or sparring at any location.
