TEAMS MMA is a professional level mixed martial arts gym located in Chula Vista, California. They offer adult and kids programs in MMA, striking, grappling, and professional fight team development in a team driven environment. Their coaching staff includes current and former professional fighters with experience in the UFC, Tuff-N-Uff, Cage Warriors, and top regional promotions. They also have a facility with two training mats, a pro grade subfloor impact system, and an on site Digital Martial Arts Learning Center for competition film study and athlete education.
