About Us

Qigong and Tai Chi Utah offers a range of practices and styles including Movement Medicine, Breath Medicine, Self-Massage Medicine, and Meditation/Mindfulness Medicine. The dojo's instructor, Scott White, teaches various forms of Tai Chi and Qigong, including the 10 phases chi cultivation, inner alchemy, Yijin Jing, Healer Within Medical Qigong, 5 Elements Qigong, Tai Chi Easy, Tai Chi 10 form, Tai Chi 24 form, and Taoist yoga. The practices aim to balance the body and mind, promoting vitality, mobility, energy, and inner peace. The dojo also participates in World Tai Chi Qigong Day, a worldwide healing event, and offers classes and workshops for individuals to learn and practice these ancient traditions.
