About Us
The dojo teaches traditional Chinese kung fu, specifically the southern martial arts style known as Hung Ga. It focuses on both physical and mental health benefits, offering training in self-defense, kung fu forms (both empty hand and weapons), and Chinese kung fu techniques. Additionally, students learn lion dance, which complements their kung fu training, along with aspects of Chinese culture and health cultivation. The instructor, Sifu Paul Lee, has extensive training in martial arts and emphasizes the importance of good health in life.
