Renzo Gracie Rockland is a martial arts academy located in New City, New York, proudly affiliated with the renowned Renzo Gracie Academy. Our certified BJJ black belt instructors are dedicated to teaching the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to students of all ages and skill levels. We offer a welcoming environment for everyone to grow, on and off the mats. Our mission goes beyond teaching self-defense, we empower individuals to build confidence, mental toughness, and resilience—skills essential both on and off the mats. We teach a variety of styles, but the main focus is on Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ), a martial art and combat sport focused on grappling, leverage, and ground control, which emphasizes taking the fight to the ground and practicing problem-solving skills, discipline, and mental resilience.
