The owner and instructor, Tim Rennick, is a transformed individual who started training Jiu Jitsu after a surprise altercation and has since become a multiple tournament champion. The dojo offers a supportive community where practitioners can enjoy Jiu Jitsu, develop self-defense skills, and experience stress relief, improved mental health, and full body fitness.
