Gracie Humaita Hemet

Gracie Hemet is a direct affiliate of Gracie Humaita, founded by Grand Master Helio Gracie and now led by his son Royler Gracie. The dojo empowers individuals of all ages with tools for physical fitness, self-defense, recreation, and competition. It emphasizes non-aggressive conflict resolution for children, enhancing their coordination, confidence, and self-defense skills. The academy offers a Women's Only class for a comfortable training environment and provides Gracie Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, recognized as the official hand-to-hand self-defense system for the U.S. Military and law enforcement. Self-defense is a core component of all classes, ensuring students gain confidence in their ability to protect themselves.
