About Us
Kihon MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is a well-rounded martial arts school that creates disciplined martial artists through various arts such as Karate, Muay Thai kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and submission wrestling. They offer classes for youth starting at age 4 and adults up to 65, as well as a high-level competition team that has traveled the world competing in cage matches and jiu-jitsu tournaments. The dojo focuses on developing self-confidence, respect for themselves and others, and personal protection skills through their martial arts training.
