Precision Jiu Jitsu of Flowood

Precision Martial Arts Academy of Flowood offers a family-friendly environment that caters to all jiu-jitsu needs. Our classes teach self-defense, competition jiu-jitsu, MMA, and personal fitness. We strive to create a close community with training opportunities every day of the week. We have programs for kids, including Tiny Ninjas for children ages 4-7 and Kids Jiu Jitsu for ages 8-13, as well as adult classes and nogi grappling classes. We also have a ladies-only program and open mat training sessions. Our main focus is on each student's progress and the life impact that Jiu Jitsu can have on a child or person's life. We believe in building confidence, discipline, and positive habits through martial arts training.
