Cookeville Jiu-jitsu

Our dojo is a safe and clean environment to learn Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-jitsu in Cookeville, TN. We train hard but have fun at the same time, and BJJ classes are more laid back than traditional martial arts. Our team is an affiliate of Legacy and we encourage our students to keep an open mind and try their best consistently to get better. We offer classes that make you realize something new about yourself with every class, breaking down your ego and building your confidence. We teach Gracie/Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, but no specific styles are mentioned.
