Alpha Jiu-Jitsu Academy

Welcome to Alpha Jiu-Jitsu, Cookeville's premier Jiu-Jitsu academy, which follows the self-defense techniques and philosophies of Helio Gracie. Our students learn how to defend themselves against various real-world attacks, both standing and on the ground. The academy teaches Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting, promoting the concept that a smaller and weaker person can successfully defend against an assailant using proper technique, leverage, and ground techniques to survive and escape. They invite you to come try a kids or adult class anytime and offer private classes and small group workshops.
