HarmOni Martial Arts

HarmOni Martial Arts is a martial arts school that aims to inspire people to overcome their challenges in life. They provide a path to success through discipline, grit, and determination. The school offers various programs for different age groups, including Tiny Typhoons for ages 3-5, Little Ninjas for ages 6-7, RurOni for ages 8-13, and Beginner Adults for ages 14+. The school's culture is built on the principles of hard work, learning, and growth. Students train together, form relationships, and make memories. The school is led by Tim Fergason, the owner and chief instructor, who has been training since 1997 and running the Rockland studio since 2013.
