About Us

The Dojo, led by Master Ching Hui, offers a unique meditation class called Tai-Chi Chi-Gong. This class combines Tai-Chi movement, Chi-Gong exercise, and meditation to improve mind and body connections. By learning to meditate on their own body, students can experience various health benefits, including fighting cancer and chemotherapy side effects, managing stress and heart conditions, and improving balance and ease of arthritis. The class is a 3-in-1 session that deals directly with energies, making it uniquely beneficial for students.
