Sabal Taekwondo

Sabal Taekwondo is a women-owned and operated Taekwondo school located in Palm Harbor, Florida. They practice both Traditional and Competitive Taekwondo. The school has a team of experienced instructors, including Master Jamie Costello, who has been practicing Taekwondo since the age of 5 and has received her 4th Dan in 2023. Another instructor is Angela Costello, who has also been practicing Taekwondo since a young age and is working towards her yoga instructor certification. The school's name, Sabal, is inspired by the sabal palm, which is the state tree of Florida and also represents resilience and strength.
