Legacy Grappling Academy

Legacy Grappling Academy (LGA) was started in 2022 with a vision to bring multifaceted and modern Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to Tucson, in a fun and welcoming environment. We mix fundamental time-tested techniques, contemporary strategies, competition training and team building events to create an environment rich with camaraderie; where all students can enrich their lives through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Our focus on technical instruction ensures that no matter the size and strength of the student, they will be able to execute techniques on opponents larger and stronger than them. The art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is not just amazing for the body, it stimulates the mind as well.
