Aikido at the Center

Aikido at the Center offers a traditional path to martial arts. The dojo provides a multi-generational, family-like community where students can learn and develop skills to resolve conflict peacefully. The instructors are trained and patient, and the environment is friendly and non-competitive. AikidoKids! is a program for children that includes physical activity, fun, anti-bullying strategies, leadership skills, and emotional and physical control. The adult program focuses on a peaceful and collaborative environment, challenge, supportive community, and safe space. The dojo teaches the Iwama style of Aikido, which includes weapons training. The instructors are experienced, and the dojo has a welcoming environment. Students have praised the dojo for its supportive environment and knowledgeable instructors.
