Atos Winter Garden

Atos Winter Garden is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy that promotes personal growth, discipline, and transformation through the Atos HQ Jiu-Jitsu curriculum. The academy is led by black belt world champion Lucas Pinheiro, who offers programs for kids and adults, including a kids program that teaches Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, self-defense, and teamwork, and an adults program that teaches Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals, self-defense, and core techniques. Additionally, the academy offers a No-Gi Program that focuses on grappling, control, and submissions without the traditional gi. Lucas Pinheiro is a renowned instructor with a background in competing at the highest level and is dedicated to sharing his expertise and continuing the Atos legacy through his teaching and leadership.
