Krav Maga of Orange County

Krav Maga of Orange County (KMOC) is a reality-based self-defense system that teaches powerful and easy-to-learn techniques to empower individuals to protect themselves and their families. The system emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques, and realistic training scenarios. KMOC has over 150 years of combined teaching experience in Krav Maga and has been providing quality training in Southern California since 1992. The instructors have taught thousands of students throughout Orange County and offer a variety of programs including Krav Maga, KM-x (ages 7-13), women's self-defense, private lessons, kickboxing, law enforcement, and corporate seminars.
