About Us
Plowden's Championship Martial Arts Academy instills and enhances self-discipline, self-confidence, and self-control in children, teens, and adults through the martial arts. Located in Southfield, MI serving the Metro Detroit Area. The program focuses on building self-discipline, self-defense, and self-control to help young warriors become champions in competition and life since 1988. Teens and adults are led by experienced instructors in a unique curriculum that integrates fitness with martial arts, building both mental and physical strength.
