Zen Martial Arts (ZMA) is a philosophy that uses the path of martial arts to strengthen the mind, body, and spirit. They teach practical and efficient self-defense techniques covering all ranges in a safe and clean environment. The school focuses on four categories of fitness: cardiovascular, flexibility, strength training, and meditation. They emphasize working together as partners, not opponents, and balance traditional techniques with modern training methods. The school's goal is to create students who are champions in their worlds by increasing concentration, reducing stress, and raising confidence.
