Family Self Defense Center

Family Self Defense Centers teach Isshinryu karate to students of all ages and abilities, starting at age 5. Our school helps students learn karate, self defense, discipline, teamwork, leadership, and dedication. Our martial arts classes promote a family-friendly atmosphere and have been recognized as one of the Top 5 Isshinryu Dojos in the country.
