Practical Self Defense Training Center

The Practical Self Defense Training Center is a University of Mixed Martial Arts that offers various martial arts classes for adults and children in Waterbury, CT. The center is family-owned and operated since 1988 and is led by Sifu/Guro Ron Kosakowski, a 10th-degree black belt. The center teaches various styles, including Filipino Martial Arts, Mixed Martial Arts, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Catch Wrestling, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jeet Kune Do, Boxing, and Wing Chun Kung Fu. The center also offers fitness and nutrition training, as well as martial arts classes for children.
