About Us
Fundamentals Strength & Defense is a community built to coach kids through strength training and self-defense. They incorporate three pillars: Mixed Martial Arts for self-defense and fun, Strength Training to help develop speed, strength, and stamina, and Character Development to promote respectful, focused, and self-disciplined individuals. They aim to educate people about how to properly take care of their bodies and provide fun and effective classes that teach strength, confidence, discipline, self-defense skills, and focus.
