Kaizen Dojo is an after school program operated by Kaizen Karate, located in Silver Spring, MD. The program offers daily karate lessons tailored to students' age and belt rank, along with homework time and snack breaks. It aims to provide a safe and structured environment where children can learn traditional karate while developing discipline, respect, and confidence. The dojo specializes in karate instruction for children and adults, focusing on fitness and self-defense, and has been serving the community since 2003.
