Synergy Martial Arts

Synergy Martial Arts is a premier martial arts school in the Freehold area. It offers a variety of programs including traditional martial arts, street self-defense, and Ving Tsun Kung Fu. The traditional martial arts program teaches basics, self-defense, sparring techniques, and forms through drills and specialized instruction. The street self-defense program is designed for people of all ages and stresses situational awareness, featuring proven techniques from Jiu Jitsu, Judo, Krav Maga, and Cuong Nhu Oriental Martial Arts. Ving Tsun Kung Fu uses efficiency, directness, and simplicity of motion to obtain maximum results with minimal effort in various combat situations. The school also offers a Little Champions Program for children aged 3 to 6 and adult classes in Street Self-Defense, Krav Maga, and Ving Tsun Kung Fu.
