Traditional Tai Chi

Sifu Herb's Dojo, located at 5619 Pershing Ave., Saint Louis, Missouri, is dedicated to practicing the art of Tai Chi and Qigong. They focus on nurturing, gathering, and utilizing the body's energy (qi) through various techniques. The dojo teaches Chen Style Xinyi Hunyuan Taijiquan, a style of Taijiquan also known as Hun Yuan Taiji, which was founded by Grand Master Feng Zhiqiang. Sifu Herb's school emphasizes the spiritual, health, and martial aspects of Tai Chi. The dojo has a rich history, starting in 1998 at the Okinawan Karate Do Academy in University City, Missouri, and has since grown under the leadership of Sifu Justin Meehan and Master Zhang Xue Xin.
