About Us

Neijia Arts offers a wide variety of Tai Chi, Qigong, and other internal martial arts programs. The Dojo teaches internal Chinese martial arts, including Tai Chi and Qigong, which are effective means of developing and maintaining a healthy mind and body. Tai Chi is slow, continuous movement coordinated with mindfulness and balanced breathing, while Qigong is an ancient Chinese healing practice that combines physical movements and breathing with a calm, meditative state of mind. The classes are taught by Jim Janicik, a 6th generation lineage holder of Yang family Tai Chi Chuan, with over 38 years of experience in Neijia practices.
