About Us

Mindful Martial Arts is a dojo that teaches students how to defend themselves and become more confident, capable, and connected. They offer classes in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, a martial art that focuses on grappling and ground fighting. Their classes are designed for students of all ages, from 4-7 year olds to adults, and provide a safer and more mindful way to practice martial arts. The dojo's goal is to help students develop focus, discipline, confidence, respect, physical fitness, social skills, mindfulness practice, self-defense, and verbal jiu-jitsu skills. They have a team of experienced coaches, including Coach Gabe Audant and Professor Rob Marchese, who are certified in various martial arts and have years of teaching experience.
