Form Jiu Jitsu Academy

Form Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu school in Baltimore, MD, that offers classes for all ages and ability levels. The school was founded in 2017 by Rick Slomba, a second-degree black belt under the Mendes brothers from Art of Jiu Jitsu Academy. They provide a range of classes, including GI Basics for beginners, GI Advanced for intermediate students, Kids GI for children, and No-GI for all levels. Their goal is to help each student reach their personal jiu jitsu goals, whether it's getting in shape, learning to defend themselves, or competing in the sport.
