Baltimore Academy of Defence

The Baltimore Academy of Defence is dedicated to promoting self-defence, traditional Chinese Xingyiquan & Baguazhang (Kung fu), and restoring the Historical Sword Arts of the United States of America, & the British Isles (HEMA), by providing instruction of the highest quality in a fun, inclusive, and safe environment. They offer classes in MMA for Self-Defence, Historical Swordsmanship, and Traditional Chinese Martial Arts, including Xingyiquan and Baguazhang, which are rare and ancient styles of Chinese Kung Fu that are revered for their unique ability to develop a natural and powerful system of unified mind-and-whole-body connected movement.
