PAC Jiu-Jitsu

PAC is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym in Rexburg, Idaho founded by Isaac & Amanda Payne. They welcome all ages and skill levels and have years of experience teaching and coaching. They offer fundamental jiu jitsu instruction that is applicable to sport, MMA, and self-defense, and are known for their patient teaching style, especially for kids. The gym has a great family environment and the owners are super friendly.
