About Us
570 Jiu Jitsu is a martial arts academy that teaches authentic Jiu Jitsu with a focus on structure, safety, and real progress. The academy is led by Scott Diggs, a certified Gracie University instructor and the region's highest-ranking Jiu Jitsu practitioner. The team offers various classes for all levels, including kids, beginner, and all-level Jiu Jitsu, as well as kickboxing and MMA. The academy emphasizes real results, not hype, and has produced successful MMA fighters and Jiu Jitsu athletes. The team is certified, competition-tested, and trusted, making 570 Jiu Jitsu the standard for Jiu Jitsu in Lycoming County.
