American Academy of Martial Arts and Judan Judo

Judan Judo of Ohio is a non-profit 501(C) organization that provides a year-round program teaching the Olympic Sport of Judo (ages 5 and up) and Traditional Japanese Jujitsu (ages 12 and up) and Self-Defense. The program offers children and adults a safe place to learn these martial arts while teaching them life skills such as hard work, team-building, self-esteem, discipline, and respect. The program is operated by retired and active duty Toledo Police Officers and volunteer staff members who mentor the students. The dojo teaches the Olympic Sport of Judo, Traditional Japanese Jujitsu, and Self-Defense.
