Torrance Dojo

Torrance Kendo Dojo is a place where members can meet, train, and grow together through the pursuit of Kendo. The dojo believes in the development of deep camaraderie, trust, and loyalty through rigorous training and study. They have over 21 active sensei, including 4 U.S. National Champions and 13 sensei who have represented their country in the World Kendo Championships. The dojo provides a place for members to hone their skills, with top competitors consistently produced at the U.S. National Championships and the 2024 World Kendo Championships. The sensei at Torrance Kendo Dojo are experienced and dedicated, with Head Instructor Christopher Yang and other instructors providing guidance and instruction. The dojo offers practice sessions for beginners and advanced practitioners, with a focus on refining techniques and developing skills.
