Antelope Valley Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy founded in 2002 by Dan Howard. The academy moved to its current location in 2005 and has since become a popular destination for students of all levels. The academy is committed to teaching fundamentally strong techniques that can be applied in various situations, whether it's for competition, self-defense, or just a fun workout. The coaching staff is made up of Coach Dan's students, who have decades of mat experience and can coach students to their full potential.
