Shaolin Lomita

Shaolin Lomita is the oldest Kung Fu school in the South Bay, established in 1987. It specializes in traditional and spiritual forms of Northern Shaolin, Tai Chi Praying Mantis, and various other martial arts styles. The school emphasizes the importance of dedication and carrying on the rich 1500-year-old heritage of Shaolin and Wudang Kung Fu and Taiji Quan.
