Gil's Kickboxing Gym (GKG) is dedicated to providing high-energy workouts that challenge members of all fitness levels. The dojo offers a variety of martial arts styles, including kickboxing, boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. In kickboxing and boxing classes, participants learn striking combinations and engage in body-weight exercises to enhance strength and endurance. The Art of 8 Muay Thai focuses on striking with hands, elbows, knees, and shins, while Brazilian Jiu Jitsu emphasizes grappling techniques and submissions. GKG also features specialized classes like Strap Kickboxing for muscle endurance and a Kids Class that combines circuit training with kickboxing to instill respect and discipline in young athletes.
